Dealerships and Auto Groups
Dealer trades, inventory moves between stores, and deliveries to out-of-state customers all need a dependable carrier. Send us the vehicles, the pickup and drop-off points and your timing, and we’ll find a carrier on that route. For a customer delivery with a deadline, see expedited shipping.
Auction Buyers
Won a car at a dealer or public auction? Speed matters, because many auctions start charging storage fees soon after the sale. Have your buyer number, lot or stock number and gate pass ready, and tell us whether the car runs. Read our guide on getting an auction purchase shipped.
Buying a Car Online
Buying from an online retailer, a dealer in another state, or a private seller across the country is easy until you have to get the car home. We arrange the pickup at the seller and delivery to your door. Before booking, make sure the title and payment are settled and the seller knows a carrier is coming.
Resellers and Flippers
If you buy and sell cars regularly, a reliable way to move them keeps your margins intact. Call us with your usual routes and we’ll quote each move.
Dealer and Buyer Questions
What do I need to ship a car I bought at auction?
The pickup location, your buyer or lot number, the gate pass or release the auction requires, and the vehicle details. Tell us if it doesn’t run. Auctions often charge storage after a few days, so book quickly. See how to ship an auction car.
I bought a car online from a private seller. How does pickup work?
Give us the seller’s address and contact details. The seller hands the car to the driver, and the two of them inspect it and sign the bill of lading. Make sure payment and title are settled before pickup.
Can you ship a car that doesn’t run?
Tell us when you ask for a quote. A non-running car needs a carrier with a winch, which affects which carriers can take it and the price.
Can you move several cars at once?
Yes. Send us the list of vehicles and locations, or call (424) 453-1800 and we’ll work through it.
